On hearing the parties, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the respondent no.2 and 3 shall dispose of the said representation filed by the writ petitioner dated 24.07.2025 within 60 days from the date of the receipt of a copy of this order, on hearing the parties by passing a reasoned order, in accordance with law.
