Order dated 4.7.2023 granting bail to opposite partiesaccused has been assailed. 2.

We have perused the impugned order. It is recorded the opposite parties- accused had been served with notice under section 41A Cr.P.C. Nothing is placed on record to show they did not cooperate with investigation. Under such circumstances, they were enlarged on bail.

We do not find any illegality in the order granting bail. 4.

With regard to the plea of misuse of liberty, it is open to the petitioner to agitate such grievance before the court which granted bail.
