1. By the present writ petition the petitioners seek direction upon the respondent authorities for their mutual transfer.

Mr. Santanu Maji, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners submit that during pendency of the writ petition the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education, respondent no.4 has already passed the order of transfer in favour of the petitioners. As such, the writ petition has become infructuous. He files copy of the Office Memo being No.WBBPE/Trans/PE/MT/2025/0074(2) dated 22nd

October, 2025, of Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education which is taken on record.

3. In view of submission advanced on behalf of the petitioners, this writ petition being WPA 19981 of 2025 stands dismissed as being infructuous.

Consequently, connected applications, if any, stand disposed of.

5. Interim orders, if any, stand vacated.

6. There shall be no order as to costs.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of all necessary legal formalities.
