By this writ petition, petitioner has challenged the impugned summon dated 16th August, 2022 issued by the Deputy Commissioner, State Tax, Bureau of Investigation, South Bengal, by which petitioner was asked to appear on 24th August, 2022. I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition and interfere with the said summon since it has already lost its force and on this ground alone this writ petition being WPA 20339 of 2022 is dismissed.
