Today when the matter is called on the learned Advocate on record of the appellant submits that he received an instruction from his client that the appellant does not intend to proceed with the appeal; although he could not secure the written instruction in this regard.

In view of the above, the instant appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution and all connected applications are accordingly dismissed. Interim order, if there be any, stands vacated.
