1. This revisional application has been filed with a prayer for issuing necessary direction upon the Learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 2nd Court, Baruipur to dispose of the Misc. Appeal No. 2 of 2018 on a particular date.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has prayed for necessary direction for disposal of the Misc. Appeal within a specified period.

3. Considering the situation, I find hardly any reason to direct the petitioner to serve notice upon the opposite parties.

4. Accordingly, service upon the opposite partiy is thus dispensed with.

5. Learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 2nd Court, Baruipur is directed to take all efforts to dispose of the Misc. Appeal No. 2 of 2018 as early as possible,

preferably within 12 weeks from date of communication of this order.

6. With the aforesaid observation, the revisional application stands disposed of.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.

8. All the parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official web site of this Court.

9. Petitioner is directed to make communication of this order to the Learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 2nd Court, Baruipur as well as to the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party before the Court of Learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 2nd Court, Baruipur as well as the opposite party.
