Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition, being WPA 19981 of 2023, is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 4 to dispose of the appeal of the petitioner dated 13th April, 2023, under the relevant provisions of the Right to Information Act, 2005, in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.
