... for the State Perused the report submitted in Court on the last occasion by Mr. Galib, learned counsel for the State respondent. The same is a report dated June 7, 2022 by the District Inspector of Schools, Secondary Education, Kolkata.

Upon perusal of the same, it transpires there from regarding assertion by the D.I. about existence of six approved teachers in the school, working therein. He has also asserted about fifteen unapproved teachers working in the school.

The Court finds it necessary to incorporate the said report of the District Inspector of Schools, Secondary Education, Kolkata in the records.

Let the same be taken on record.

However, from the same, no additional information appears, which could prompt the Court to reconsider its previous order dated November 6, 2024 on whatsoever ground.

On the contrary, it appears from the said report that out of twenty-one posts of approved teachers six are only filled up. Therefore, the contention of the petitioner of existence of vacant sanctioned posts is

strengthened by dint of the said report submitted in Court.

Considering the same, no interference is made as to the order of this Court earlier passed on November 6, 2024.

Ms. Subhra Nag, learned counsel submits that inadvertently in the order of this Court dated November 6, 2024, the name of learned conducting advocates for the State, Md. Galib and herself, were not incorporated, to have appeared for the State. Let their names be incorporated to have appeared for the State on 6th November, 2024, in the Court's order dated same.

Let this order form part and parcel of this Court's earlier order dated 6th November, 2024. (Rai Chattopadhyay, J.)
