Mr. Shuvro Prokash Lahiri, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there is a typographical mistake in the order dated 27th October, 2025 and he prays for correction of the same.

On perusal of the order dated 27th October, 2025, it is revealed that in paragraph 3 instead of "The petitioner is praying for a general transfer on the ground of distance and is a surplus teacher of her school." in the order, it should be read as "The petitioner is praying for a general transfer on the ground of distance and is a surplus teacher of his school."

The other portion of the order dated 27th October, 2025 shall remain the same.

The parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
