Adv., Mr. Rama Halder ...for the State The Officer-in-Charge, Mathurapur Police Station, South 24 Parganas has filed a report dated 18.11.2022, addressed to the learned Government Pleader. The same is taken on record. It appears from the report that the private respondent was apprehended on November 17, 2022 at 6.05 p.m. He is likely to be produced before the concerned Magistrate today or tomorrow.

The order of maintenance already passed by the Magistrate, shall be strictly enforced by the learned 3rd Judicial Magistrate.

This order shall be communicated to the Investigating Officer and the State's lawyer in the Court below by Mr. Mitra, learned counsel for the State.

Mr. Mitra, learned counsel for the State submits that the warrant has been procured at the instance of the Investigating Officer in the matter.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
