However, learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that grievance of the petitioner has been redressed during pendency of this writ petition.

In view of such submission made on behalf of the petitioner, no further order need be passed in the writ petition and the same is accordingly disposed of.

However, there shall be no order as to costs.
