Mr. Mostafa submits that the writ petition become infructuous as the Headmaster has already been appointed at the relevant school and the petitioner has left for the other school. Hence this writ petition has become infructuous.

In view of the above, this writ petition, WPA 21423 of 2017 stands dismissed as infructuous. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
