1. Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

2. Considering the materials available in the case diary and the nature and extent of complicity of the petitioners in the commission of the alleged offence, the statement of injured and the injury report and having regard to the fact that the petitioners have been directly implicated by the injured and in view of the nature of injury which is grievous we are not entetaining the anticipatory bail.

3. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
