We have considered the materials on record.

Petitioner seeks bail on the ground of delay. On 30th September, 2022, bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected on merits. By the self-same order, it was directed trial be concluded within one year from the next date fixed for recording evidence.

4. Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits no witnesses have been examined till date but the time schedule as per the earlier order has not expired. Hence, we are not inclined to revisit the prayer for bail at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
