Learned advocate appearing for the State today has submitted a report. Report reflects that pursuant to the directions passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nabadwip, Nadia, Nabadwip P.S. Case No.659 of 2025 dated 12.09.2025 has been registered for investigation.

The prayers in the writ petition were for registration of the FIR. Petitioners are presently aggrieved regarding the understating of sections. Since the investigation is being carried out pursuant to the directions passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nabadwip, Nadia, I direct that

the grievance of the petitioners be addressed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nabadwip, Nadia. With the aforesaid observations, WPA 20179 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
