Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, the principal accused was arrested and enlarged on bail by the Jurisdictional Court.
Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the injury report and the statement recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C.).
The 161 Cr.P.C. statement of the eye witness implicates the petitioner along with other persons.
The victim suffered 'deep cut injury' by a sharp cutting weapon.
In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
In such circumstances, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 4303 of 2022 is dismissed.
