Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that a First Information Report being No. 468 of 2024 was registered on May 1, 2024 but the investigation is yet to be completed.

The petitioner has prayed for a direction upon the concerned Investigating Agency to conclude the investigation at the earliest.

The learned advocate for the State files a report today of the Inspector-in-Charge, Bishnupur dated August 16, 2024 wherefrom, it appears that charge-sheet has been submitted vide Bishnupur P.S. CS No. 430 of 2024 dated May 30, 2024 under Sections 341/325/506/34 of the Indian Penal

Code as per the evidence collected including the statements of the witnesses and the medical reports.

The grievance of the petitioner appears to have been redressed upon filing of charge-sheet.

Petitioner will be at liberty to take appropriate steps before the appropriate forum in accordance with law. With the above observations and directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
