1. In spite of service, the victim is not represented.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

3. Considering the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure which also implicates the petitioners, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
