1. Report fi9led by the State be kept with the records.

2. The petitioner claims parity citing an order dated April 30, 2024, passed by the learned Trial Court whereby a coaccused person was granted bail.

3. We find from the records that this petitioner does not stand on the same footing as that person. This petitioner appears to be the prime accused or at least one of the prime accused persons who forced the victim into prostitution. We are also told that the petitioner has criminal antecedents.

4. In view of the aforesaid, we are not inclined to allow the petitioner's prayer for bail.

5. CRM (DB) 2664 of 2024 is dismissed.
