Inadvertent typographical error crept in the Judgment dated 08.05.2025.

In paragraph no. 16 at page 4 of the judgment dated 08.05.2025 "Rs. 73,000/-" shall be read as "Rs. 25,000/-" and in paragraph no. 17 at page 4 of the judgment dated 08.05.2025 "Rs. 73,000/-"

shall be read as "Rs. 25,000/-".

Other portions of the judgment remain unaltered.

Department is directed to make necessary correction to that effect in the order dated 08.05.2025.

Copy of the order be sent to the Department for immediate compliance.
