He seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file afresh on the selfsame cause of action. With liberty reserved to the petitioner as prayed for, the writ petition shall stand dismissed as not pressed.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.

There shall be no order as to costs.
