The plaintiff has filed the instant application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India praying for expeditious disposal of the Title Suit No.19 of 2004 pending before the learned Civil Judge(Junior Division), 1st Court at Diamond Harbour, South 24Parganas. It has been stated in the instant petition that the Partition Suit which was filed in the year 1990 and was registered as Title Suit No.71 of 1990 stood decreed in preliminary form on January 11, 1993. It has been alleged in the instant petition that the final decree proceedings in connection with the said Suit is continuing and a direction has been prayed for expeditious disposal of the said Suit.
C.O.3325 of 2018 is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge(Junior Division), 1st Court at Diamond Harbour, South 24- Parganas to dispose of the Title Suit No.19 of 2004 expeditiously, if the same is still pending.
