The petitioner complains of alleged inaction on the part of the Debra P.S. in dealing with the complaints. It appears from the report of the Debra P.S. dated January 30, 2023, that FIRs have been registered on the petitioner's complaints and charge-sheet no. 317 of 2021, dated July 29, 2021 under Sections 341/379/323/506/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Debra P.S. charge-sheet no. 403 of 2022, dated September 16, 2022, under Sections 447/188/34, have been filed.

There is one further complaint which has resulted in FIR no. 628 of 2022, dated December 7, 2022, under Sections 188/379/34.

It is expected that investigation in the said FIRs be completed within a period of one month from date. The civil disputes between the parties with regard to the land

may be agitated before the appropriate civil or statutory forum.

The writ petition shall stand disposed of.
