Petitioner complains that there is a landlord tenant dispute. There were huge dues so far as the rentals are concerned, to that effect legal notice was served upon the petitioner being the landlord and upon receipt of such notice the landlord and his family members have been abused and threatened by the private respondents and to that effect information was furnished to the police authorities but no steps have been taken. State has submitted a report. Report reflects that proceedings under Section 126 of BNSS have been drawn up.

In view of the police authorities being in seisin of a proceeding which was drawn up on 26.08.2025 of BNSS for a period of six months, as such police authorities would continue to keep surveillance and ensure that no breach of the peace takes place.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 20056 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
