Petitioners seek anticipatory bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that no arms was recovered from the possession of the petitioners.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the statements recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners and considering the statements recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the

petitioners is rejected.

C.R.M. 8888 of 2021 is dismissed.
