Petitioner complains of violation of the order dated November 12, 2018 passed in the writ petition. By such order, the respondent no. 2 in the writ petition was directed to consider and decide the representation dated July 25, 2017, in accordance with law. Affidavit filed in Court be taken on record.

The affidavit discloses documents to suggest that the respondent no. 2 took steps in terms of the order dated November 12, 2018.

In such circumstances, it cannot be said that the alleged contemnor is guilty of willful violation of the order dated November 12, 2018.

CPAN 1105 of 2019 is disposed of accordingly. Urgent certified website copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of the requisite formalities.
