Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has instructions to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file afresh on the ground of wrong documents being annexed hereto.

In view of the above, the writ petition being WPA 21052 of 2021 is dismissed for non-prosecution. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action.
