Paragraph nos. 1 and 2 of page 1 of the above order was wrongly recorded. The said two paragraphs stand deleted.

In the fourth line of the first paragraph of page 2 and in the first line of the second paragraph of page 2, the word 'petitioner' should read as 'petitioners'. The order dated 3rd September, 2024 is corrected accordingly. The remaining part of the said order will remain unaltered.
