Upon hearing the respective parties and on perusal of the documents, it does not appear that the order of this court has not been complied with. The petitioner may be aggrieved by the manner in which the compliance has been made. The same gives rise to a fresh cause of action.

The petitioner will be at liberty to challenge the same before the competent forum in accordance with law, if so advised.
