In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as not being in form.

However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file a writ petition afresh on the self-same grounds after taking due care that the identity of the victim is not disclosed anywhere in the body of the writ petition.

Copy of the writ petition as available in the records shall be kept in a sealed cover..
