Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record. Petitioner approached this Court with prayers as the police authorities did not take steps against the private respondent no.5 particularly with regard to the letter dated 08.06.2024. Petitioner's main grievance was for proper investigation particularly for recovery of ornaments and other furniture. State has submitted a report which reflects that a family feud is existing over property. Having considered the fact that at the relevant point of time, police authorities took appropriate steps, I am of the view that further direction at this stage is unwarranted. However, if the petitioner is faced with fresh inconveniences, she would report to the concerned police station who would take steps in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 20669 of 2024 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
