CRR 2670 of 2021 In the matter of:- Poritosh Gorai Mr. Subrata Bhattacharjee .....for the petitioner Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the revision petition suffers from incurable defects. As such, the petitioner would not like to press the same and would pray for liberty to file an application afresh.

On the prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the revisional application is dismissed as not pressed.

However, this order shall not come in the way of the petitioner in filling an appropriate application on the self-same grounds.
