It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner his wife was residing with another person. He has been falsely implicated in the murder of his wife. Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail. We have considered the materials on record including the statements of eye-witnesses implicating the petitioner in the crime. Whether the petitioner acted with pre-mediation or in a fit of passion requires to be assessed during trial. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
