Board of Secondary Education In terms of an order of a Co-ordinate bench of this Court dated April 20, 2022, the Chairman, West Bengal Central School Service Commission, has passed an order dated May 18, 2022 which records that there is a vacancy available at Kajuri High School, Uluberia Sub-Division, Howrah.

The petitioner may be accommodated thereat. The recommendation letter may be issued by the Commission as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of 7 days from date. With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

The order dated May 8, 2022 is taken on record.

There shall be no order as to costs.
