In the order dated 10th June, 2022 the application being CRAN 1 of 2022 was dismissed and the matter was directed to appear under the heading "Contested Application". However, the records reflect that the revisional application was disposed of on 12th April, 2022.

In view of the earlier order dated 12th April, 2022, there is no question of hearing the revisional application under the heading "Contested Application" on July 27, 2022.

Accordingly, the part of the order dated 10.06.2022 "List the matter under the heading "Contested Application" on July 27, 2022" is recalled.

No further order need be passed in this revisional application.

Department is directed to treat the present order as part and parcel of the order dated 10.06.2022.
