1. Heard learned advocate for the petitioner and learned advocate for the State.

2. It is submitted that the present petitioner has been falsely implicated out of previous rivalry. On perusal of the injury report of the victim, it reveals that she has suffered multiple injuries over the skull and forehead. However, such injuries do not involve any bone.

3. Charge-sheet has been submitted in the meantime.

4. Regard being had to such facts and submissions, factum of permanent residence of the petitioner, nature of allegation, nature of injury as discussed supra and completion of investigation, it is directed that the petitioner shall surrender before the learned ACJM, Garhbeta, Paschim Medinipur in the aforesaid P.S. case

within 15 days from today. On her surrender and application for bail, she shall be released on bail by the aforesaid Court on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for the anticipatory bail is allowed.

6. The application being CRM(A) 3653 of 2023 is disposed of.
