Heard learned advocates appearing for the parties. By this writ petition, petitioner has made a very innocuous prayer for direction upon the respondent appellate authority for expeditious disposal of the pending appeal as appears from the representation made by the petitioner dated 6th August, 2022 being Annexure P-3 to the writ petition.

Considering the submission of the parties, this writ petition being WPA No.20395 of 2022 is disposed of by requesting the appellate authority concerned to finally dispose of the appeal in question expeditiously and preferably within four months from the date of communication of this order.
