1. We find from the order sheet that on August 26, 2025, none had appeared for the parties. On October 27, 2025 as well, none appeared for the appellant, although the respondent nos. 2 and 4 were represented by their respective counsel. Even today, at the time of call, the said respondents are represented whereas the appellant remains unrepresented.

2. Accordingly, FAT 333 of 2014 along with CAN 3 of 2025 are dismissed for default without any order as to costs. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
