For the alleged Contemnors Exception used by the applicants-petitioners to the affidavit of compliance submitted on behalf of the alleged contemnor no. 1 is taken on record.

It appears that compensation has been paid to the applicant-petitioner nos. 1 to 5, 7 and 9 in compliance with the order under contempt. It also appears from the affidavit of compliance submitted on behalf of the alleged contemnor no. 1 that the 6th petitioner who has claimed compensation in respect of plot no. 440 in the writ petition has not been able to produce the record of rights in respect of the said plot. The said petitioner has claimed compensation in respect of three other plots which are not part of the writ petition for which compensation has not been granted to him by the authority. Also, the 8th petitioner has not been granted compensation by the authority since he is a post-vesting purchaser and the award was declared in favour of the then raiyat.

Learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner nos. and seeks to submit a comprehensive representation seeking payment of compensation in favour of the these applicants upon annexing relevant documents.

It appears that the order under contempt has been substantially complied with.

In view of the above, the contempt application being CPAN 1118 of 2023 is disposed of.

There shall however, be no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
