1. This matter is taken up from the supplementary list. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that in the second page of the judgment dated 27.08.2025, the date of punishment of dismissal from service is rightly mentioned as 17th January, 2017. However, because of the typographical error in para 25 of the judgment, the said date is erroneously mentioned as 15.12.2018.

This necessary correction be directed to be made.

2. The prayer is reasonable. Accordingly, it is directed that in para 25 of the judgment, the date of order of punishment of dismissal shall be read as "17.01.2017" in place of "15.12.2018".
