Petitioner complains that there are certain whatsapp messages which have been forwarded to the Investigating Officer which may change the course of investigation of the case. Learned advocate submits that the representation has already been made for consideration in connection with Kaliachak PS Case No. 115/24. The investigation of the said case is already in progress. The nature of the prayer submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner is in fact dictating the terms of investigation which a Court of Law is not entitled to do.

If the petitioner is aggrieved, petitioner at the appropriate stage can raise the issues. Police authorities had been carrying out the investigation since 4th February, 2024. More than one and a half years have passed since then. Accordingly, the police

authorities are directed to take the investigation to its logical conclusion at the earliest.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 20127 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report submitted by the State is perused and returned to the learned advocate appearing for the State.
