1. The report dated 09.9.2024 filed by the Officer-in-Charge of Gaighata P.S is taken on record.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

3. Considering the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C directly implicating the petitioner in the commission of the alleged offence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the same is accordingly disposed of.

5. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
