The petitioner's prayer seeking family pension on account of disability is pending consideration for a considerable period of time.

There is no positive instruction from the end of the District Inspector of Schools.

After hearing the parties and after perusing the case stated in the writ petition, the same is disposed of by directing the fourth respondent - District Inspector of Schools (SE), Murshidabad - to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation made through his advocate on January 17, 2025 (Annexure P7, p.20) in accordance with law at the earliest but positively within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

If the petitioner's prayer is accepted, then necessary consequential steps shall be taken by the authority.

The aforesaid respondent shall give the petitioner a reasonable opportunity of hearing to produce all

relevant document(s) in support of his disability. 6.

Learned counsel for the petitioner shall forward a copy of the legal representation dated January 17, 2025 along with all supporting documents to the concerned respondent at the time of communicating this order.

All parties are to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

8.

Certified copy of this order, if applied for, shall be made available to the parties.
