The petitioner prays for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider the prayer of the petitioner for inclusion of petitioner's 2nd vehicle bearing registration no. WB-76A6528 in the permit of the petitioner being P.St.P. 25/2021(I/S) in terms of the letter issued by the State Transport Authority, Bihar on 14.03.2022. The petitioner submitted a representation in this regard before the concerned authority on 23.03.2022. The petitioner prays for a direction upon the authority to consider the said representation at the earliest.

Upon consideration of the submission made on behalf of the parties the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 23.03.2022 in terms of the letter issued by the State Transport Authority, Bihar dated 14.03.2022 within three

weeks from the date of communication of this order after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, in accordance with law.

With the above observations and directions this writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be, however, no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to be admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties upon compliance of necessary formalities.
