For the State The petitioner is directed to serve a copy of this revisional application upon Mr. Arijit Ganguly, Learned Advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State. His appearance may be rgularised by the concerned authority. The grievance of the petitioners relate to the warrant of arrest which has been issued.

Learned Advocate submits that because of his miscommunication, the petitioner could not appear before the Learned Court and was given wrong impression regarding their appearance of regular dates.

Having regard to the same and the fact that the Learned Lawyer appearing before this Court undertakes that the petitioners, in future, would abide by the orders passed by the Learned Magistrate, I direct that, in case, the

petitioners appear/surrender before the Court by 15th of September, 2023, they will continue on the same bail and bond, which were also furnished by them and the execution of warrant of arrest be stayed till 18th of September, 2023. However, in case, the petitioners do not appear within the schedule fixed above, on 18th of September, 2023, the Learned CJM, Barasat, would proceed for taking steps in accordance with Section 82 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 3095 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is also disposed of. Parties to act on a server copy of this order, duly collected from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta.
