In Re: CRAN 1 of 2026 Petitioners have been complying with the conditions imposed on 08.10.2024 while they were granted bail.

Learned advocate for the State submits that out of 24 witnesses 18 witnesses have already been examined. Having considered the period for which the petitioners have been complying with the conditions, I am of the view that the conditions so imposed be hereby waived.

However, this will not prevent the learned trial Court to impose any condition which the learned trial Court deems fit and proper for progress of the trial of the case. Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2026 is allowed.

All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
