2. In this PIL nobody appeared for the petitioners on 01.08.2025.

3. As a last chance, the matter was directed to be listed today.

4. The principal relief of petitioners is relating to formulation of Urea Policy of 2015 as well as formulation of New Investment Policy (NIP), 2012 for the purpose of giving subsidy in Urea.

5. Much water has flown in the rivers after 2012 and 2015.

6. It appears that the petitioners have lost interest in the matter.

7. Despite granting last chance, nobody entered appearance for the petitioners.

8. Accordingly, this PIL is dismissed for want of prosecution.
