Petitioner seeks bail.

Petitioner is taken up for consideration subsequent to the order dated January 27, 2022.

It appears from the reports that the accused persons were instrumental in delaying the disposal of the trial. There is hardly any change in circumstances subsequent to the earlier order of rejection.

We are, therefore, unable to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. C.R.M. 8904 of 2021 is dismissed.
