dismissed that the petitioner was implicated in this case with another accused as 413 bottles of phensedyl were recovered. Petitioner is in custody for 176 days and it is also submitted that the petitioner is suffering from certain ailments.

Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that prosecution has clinching materials and intends to examine 7 witnesses in order to prove its case. Be that as it may, having considered the period of detention, I am of the opinion that the learned trial court would release the petitioner on bail after the stage of consideration of charges are over.

Accordingly, CRM(NDPS)1071 of 2025 is disposed of with

the aforesaid directions.
