It is submitted by Mr. Avirup Chatterjee, learned counsel for the petitioner that since the Criminal Appeal No.167 of 2016 has been withdrawn and since the parties have entered into amicable settlement in the instant criminal revisional application, the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the revisional application for non-prosecution.

In view of the same, CRR 2685 of 2018 stands dismissed as withdrawn.

CRAN 1 of 2020 is accordingly disposed of.
